Interactive Presentation – Mons

By booking and using the Interactive Presentation – Mons, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Participation Requirements

• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the Mons team before and during the experience.
• Guests are responsible for informing the Mons team of any medical condition that may affect their safety during the experience.
• Children under 2 years old are not allowed without a companion.

2. Guests Not Permitted to Participate

For the safety of all guests, the following individuals are not permitted to participate in the interactive experience:

• Pregnant women.
• People with epilepsy.
• Children under 2 years old without a companion.

3. Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for ensuring that the experience is suitable for themselves and their companions before completing the booking.
• Mons management reserves the right to refuse participation if it is determined that the experience may pose a safety risk to the guest or others.

4. Booking & Entry

• Guests must arrive at the scheduled booking time.
• Late arrival may result in the guest being unable to participate if it affects the scheduled experience.
• Guests must follow the instructions provided by the Mons team throughout the experience.

5. Agreement

By completing the booking, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions and all safety requirements related to the interactive experience.
